What’s included
Every service includes an oil and filter change, a top-up of all fluid levels, a tyre pressure check and a brake and suspension inspection. Higher levels add more.

Which service do I need?
Every year
Most cars benefit from a service once a year even if the mileage is low. Oil degrades with time as well as use.
Every 10,000–12,000 miles
Higher-mileage drivers should go by miles. Check your handbook for the manufacturer’s figure.

Service vs MOT
They’re different things and a car needs both.
MOT
A legal, once-a-year check that the car meets road safety and emissions standards on the day. Pass or fail. MOT details
Service
Preventative maintenance, fresh oil and filters, wear items checked, small problems caught early. Protects reliability, warranty and resale value.
Book them together and it’s one visit. Book online.
Oil & filter change
The single most important thing you can do for engine life. Clean oil keeps everything lubricated and flowing freely. Included in every service, or book on its own.
BookSpark plug replacement
Fresh plugs restore clean, efficient combustion, better starting, smoother running and fuel economy. Included in a Platinum service or fitted separately.
BookBrake fluid change
Recommended every two years. Brake fluid absorbs water over time, which lowers its boiling point and affects braking. £60, excl. VAT.

Common questions
How often should my car be serviced?
As a rule, once a year or every 10,000–12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Your handbook has the manufacturer’s schedule, or we can look it up.
What’s the difference between Silver, Gold and Platinum?
Silver covers oil and filter, fluid levels, tyre pressures and a brake and suspension inspection. Gold adds an air filter. Platinum adds cabin filter, spark plugs, fuel filter and a full health check.
Will using an independent garage affect my warranty?
No. As long as the service follows the manufacturer schedule and uses matching-quality parts, which is what we do, your warranty is unaffected.
Can I have my MOT done at the same time?
Yes, and we’d recommend it. One visit and any advisory work sorted there and then. MOT details.
